Ofensively a player is placed on the outside of each line, plus one more at the central line
Defensively 3 players are placed inside the "H"
The objetive is to maintain the longer possible the ball
The inside attacker will move to the side of the "H" where the ball is, there will be only two defenders
Side players will move verticaly to follow the ball
