Match between two teams of 7 players each.Four goals made of pivots will be put on the corners of the field, while a fifth one will be on the middle.One of the teams will try to score on the corner´s goals, while the other one will keep the ball.

4 corners play.To the shout of the trainer, all players will change corner.4 players will always finish outside.

4 players placed at the corners of a square .2 Players defending and trying to cut and get the ball.When they cut the ball 5 times they interchange their positions with 2 outside players .

Placed at a squares corners, 4 plauer must control the ball.2 Players placed inside the square, must intercept the ball when it is passed.

A triangle zone is marked from the corners to the center of the field.The defensive team will be placed inside this zone and will be unable to exit it. They will have to control all the space and avoid the attacker team from scoring a goal .The team with the ball will play with 3 players inside and 3 player outside the zone with the only objetive of scoring a goal.

Four players place themselves at the corners of a square.They make actions of diagonal and vertical pass.After passing they return till signaled and then advance till another signal looking for the ball to kick.After making a complete round they change the positions with the nearest companion.
