Two players place at the sides of a playground.Inside, they are two defenders and three attackers.They must remain in the same relative position, 2 side support(1 player in the back of the defense).Take ball from one side to another and rotate places.

Divide players into three teams.Two teams play inside field and the other one place as outside support.The two inside teams fight over ball posesion and can use the outside players as support.Each 8 or 10 minutes change a inside team for the ouside one.

Signal two limiting lines on both sides, after wich and on attack zone, two players of each team are placed.At goal kicking zone there are always an attack superiority of 3 vs 1.The goal keepers passes continuosly to the side where the players make a wall pass before returning the ball . The team that score more goals wins.

Elevate and descend without using hands.Support each other with back.

Movement in group coordinating rythm.One after another grapping companion´s leg .

Forming in a circle, getting each other hands and a player in the middle of the circle.That player try to exit the circle by the gaps between arms or legs or upwards.

The players must move around a circle.the players must sit on the knees of the previous player.rotate alternating inside and outside.

Two teams play to eliminate each other. The players will get the ball with the hands and will be unable to make more than three steeps with .A plyer will be eliminated if he is touched by ball.The player exiting field will be elimimated too.The team that eliminates all the enemy player in least time will win.

Inside field there are different obstacles as pikes, cones....Half of team´s plyers are `placen outside of the square with ball .All the others, run inside.When signaled they must pass each obstacle (jumping, slalom, zigzag...) and give back the ball with only one touch to some outside player.

Continuos wall passes between several players. Once the last wall pass is made, drive the ball and make a long pass to another player to control and start over again.

Passes for two players with kick to goal included .They start by driving the ball and then a pass to an outmarked second player.He makes an oriented control, drives some meters and passes so the first player cap to goal.

Players place forming an "Y".The players make a combination of passes, and wall passes.X1 wall passes to X2 and then passes to X3.X3 wall passes with X2 and drives the ball back to the starting position y .The exersice will be made with two balls at the time (one at each flank of the "Y" .When they reach the starting position the players will start the action the other direction.

Rounding for five players.Behind each pivot there will be another so each time they make a pass this second pivot must be run around.The pass cannot be returned to the player that started it.
