Four players place themselves at a 10x10 square and concatenate actions 2 on 1 .The objetive is to make effective the superiority 2 on 1 and get over the line defended by the opponent.A defender passes the ball to one of the attackers and then runs behind them to force them to make quicky the 2 on 1 .Attackers will get a point each time that they pass the opposed line with the ball controlled.Pairs work alternatively, one ofensive action and then one defensive.

The objetive is to work the (2x1) that comes previously to the finish of the play.Two defensive lines, the second one smaller, that are defended each one by a defender are placed.The attacker mus surpass both lines by actions 2x1; Wall passes, crossing, fixing and dribbling .If the attacers score a goal, they will continue to attack, else they pass to be the defenders.

Field divided into three zones.At the two outside zones a 2x1 will be played while at the central zone it will be a 3x3 .The objetive is to pass tha ball to the companion of the opposite zone .A point will be scored by the team that make a "go and return" without losing the ball .

Two actions between two players are seried .Firstable they have to overcome the opposition of a defender by an action 2x1 .Then the ball less player make a bending run behind the defender to overcome a second defender.If they finish the exercise with a goal, they continue attacking.Else they change roles.

Four squares of aproximately 10 x 10 meters are prepared, They will be separated by a central line .On each zone will be an offensive player and a defensive one at the limits.Another attacker will play at the central line.The objective of the game is to maintain the ball thru the continuos search for passing lines that make it harder to lose the ball .The defenders will only be abble to try to get the ball if it is at their defensive zone.

The defensive play is placed by system ($, at 4-4-2) .2 plyers placed at the center of the field will then pass risen balls .The objetive is to make savings oriented to the flanks (Passing players zone, or when it is possible, to control the ball and drive it to that zone).2 defenders will try to avoid that by difficulting the actions .When the exercise dinamics are well know, for making it more real: .Make the defensive line to start at a more advanced position and make the exercise runing backwards.

Inside a marked zone are placed a group of four players and another one of three players .Out of the field are placed two players more that only can receive passes of the three players .They have to maintain ball owning the longer time possible.

The field is dividen into two zones, and the players on three players teams .The objetive is to overcome the opponents defensive lines by using the superiority .At the first action a 2x1 is tried and at the scond one is a 3x2 .Apoint is scored if they overcome the las line of defense with the ball controled .If they get it They maintain the ball for the next time, else, the roles are changed.

Working three players together and with two diagonal positioned cones .Make tecnical actions after driving the ball (Twists to the inside and to the outside, changes of direction with the feet extreme and with the talon...bycicle tricks, dribbilng, feints...) using at each cone, a different leg.

The players are placed at both flanks of the field and at the sides of the goals.The players at the flanks drive the ball while making tecnical actions (dribbling, wall passes), before passing to the center of the small area.Two players run from the same side as the passer and after crossing, they go for the cap .The passer, when returning to the start position will serve as a support for a wall pass.

Series of passes between players to finish with a pass to a fourth player.After a little driving kick to goal.Make the exercise at both flanks of the field.

Passing and returning between two players. the first player will drive the ball towards the companion, then dribbles him and shoots to goal.
