They will be two round with some player in and some inside at two touchs.Outside players will have a bodice on hands.When signaled, they release the bodices and run to get the ones released by the other team.The two without bodices play inside the round.

Frontal pass between two players.Once the pass is done, control, and driving fast towards pivot.The player with ball will try to get there before the other player gets him.The pursuing player will start running in the moment that the other receives the pass .

Play to score with head.Passes will be done with the hands.The goals scored when some player of the team is in the midfield will be void.

Competition between two teams.They will try to reach as soon as possible to kick to goal.

Half of the players of a team place opposite of the other team´s half and at 15-20 meters.Halfway there are two cones.They have to drive fast from one point to the other.One the driving player reach the cone line, the next can start running.The team that get all it`s player thru the line in fist place, wins.

A playground of about 3 or 5 meters with a center passway will be prepared, and a player placed there.This player will try to touch the players passing by.If a player gets touched, he will take hand with the rest of the touched players and try to cath more people.

The players are numbered from 1 to 6.They will be signaled by pairs.They will run to the pivot.The last one in reaching the pivot will be eliminated .

All players are sit down.Competition between two teams.When signaled by the trainer, the fist of the file will position last.The fist team reaching the pivot wins.

Players stand up.When signaled the last player runs between his companions and position fist.The fist team reaching the pivot wins.

Each player grabs a ball.Half team inside circle and the other half outside.The outside player have to displace, by shooting balls, the ball that is inside.

It a speed circuit with ball.The player makes an high pass to goalkeeper and changes ryth to receive the ball from him . Then he makes a wall pass with change of rytm with another teammate .Third action should be a maximun speed drive .Finishing a long and high pass and a sprint to goal.

Each pair occupies two goals made with pivots.The left player have the ball and must pass it to the right´s .After pass the two players run for the opposite goal.
