two teams are make, with an adition of two jokers.The objetive is to maintain the ball owning the longer possible.Each fifth time that the attacking team touches the ball, a defending player is banished .These players return to the field when the defending teams recovers the ball and touches five times .Each team will try to eliminate all the opponent players.

The players are divided into teams of 4 . The play is 4 on 4 on a lozenge position (side suppor and long support) and two supports at the endline of tha attacking goal .The basic objetives are the short combinations and the fast play endings .They have to mark on the man to make outmarking and dribbling easier .Outside players can only play at one touch.
A field of an "H" shape is marked .Ofensively a player is placed on the outside of each line, plus one more at the central line .Defensively 3 players are placed inside the "H".The objetive is to maintain the longer possible the ball .The inside attacker will move to the side of the "H" where the ball is, there will be only two defenders .Side players will move verticaly to follow the ball.
