Power work exercise.1st serie; 8 minutes of continuous running.2nd serie; 8 minutos of different types of displacements(backwards, sidewards, skipping...).3rd serie; 8 minutes Speed reaction (Start, Start-stop-start...).4th serie; 8 minutes of multijump exercises with sprinting start (Frontal jump, kneels to torso, jumping backwards...).

the players are paired and distributed between squares.The game is about getting into the square, without being touched by defenders.The defenders will eliminate an attacker if he gets touched before reaching the line.Defenders must stay in the zone, they cannot change positions.

The players are placed at end line, one each side of goal, a pass in direction to penalty point is made, so the player in the opposite side can run and strike.One the pass is made the player run to kick to goal.After kicking they change sides.

Warming up work, frecuency(speed) and coordination.1) Skipping; alternative rising of knees (90º)and arms, parallel to body.2) Alternative rising of heels to ass.3)Static positioned forward alternatively one leg like stepping .4) Open and cross both legs (each time one higher than the other) .

This series are an example of exercises that can be made with different available things(Weights Medicinal balls, ropes...).These exercises are for the strnghtening of: Cuadriceps, Isquiotibiales, Gemeli, Gluteus....1)Sit down; legs at 90º.2) Split or forward step; Leg forward 90º.3)Cuadriceps extension with oposition (weight, medicinal ball, companion...).4) Isquios extension with charge(weight, ball, companion...).

Distribute players in teams (2 or 4).Move the medicinal ball in reliefs.First only a ball will be used, taken on hands or alternatively under each arm, an then a second ball is taken,one under each arm.30 meters or so between teams.It is important to recover between rounds.

2 Attackers versus an defender.X3 receive backwards a pass from X1.X3 Have two options : Dribble and kick to goal or protect the ball ,make time, and wait for X1.X2 defends.

4 players placed at the corners of a square .2 Players defending and trying to cut and get the ball.When they cut the ball 5 times they interchange their positions with 2 outside players .

Match between 2 teams.Each team attacks and defends 4 goals (two at sides, two frontal).It is played widewards.

Reduced space match between two teams.2 jokers that play always with the ball owner.

The players are divided into two teams.Each team attack and defend two goals.One point will be scored by driving the ball throught an opponent goal.

There are two teams inside the field.2 players, placed outside play as jokers.The objective is to continuosly own the ball while taking it from side to side of the square (It must pass througth both jokers) .Each ten sucessive passes of the same team, a goal is scored.

Two teams of three or four player are placed into the area.The defender team is required to do man on man marking.A joker will be placed outside the area and will play with the offensive team .A goal will be scored: by entering any goal withh the ball controlled or by kicking to goal.

X1 pass to X2 who drive the ball to the big area .X1 runs to encounter X2 to function as defender.X2 dribbles and ends with a kick .

X2 start running to enter a 1x1 with X1 who goes to encounter him.X3 gets into the play to support X2 who can then pass or wall pass.

On one of the sides the player drives the ball and dribbles to finish kicking.At the other side of the field, driving and wall pass it´s worked , finishing in kick too.Once made, the positions are changed.

X1 long passes to X3 who controls and try to overcome the opposition of X1 and X2.X2 covers X1 should he become surpased.
