Divide players into two team.Each team attack and defend a goal.To score a goal, it must be after a pass backwards.

Two rows of cones of about 40 meters will be used as a goal .The players are divided into two teams .To score a goal the row must be surpased driving the ball throught it and letting it stopped by the row, at aprox. 2 or 3 meters (To make sure that the ball enters controlled).

There are placed two team inside a square, they have to fight for the ball .They have to make a little change of rythm everytime a pass is made .The player that dont make it is penaliced with 10 abdominals or something like that.

The players are dividen into three teams .2 teams maintain the owning of the ball while the third one tries to steal it .When the ball is stealed, the defender team passes to the atack and the team that lost the ball passes to defend.

4 small goals are placedat 7-8 meters of the area .4 players attack and 3 more and a goalkeeper defend .Attackers must pass the ball thru any of the small goals to be able to attack the big one .Defenders must prevent it by defending first the small goals and later the big one.

The playground is dividen into 3 zones that increase in wheight .The objetive is to progress quicky overcoming opponent lines, exploiting superiority.Progresively situacions of more players are resolved 2x1, 3x2, 4x3.Each team have 5 minutes to overcome the maximun number of times all the lines .After 5 minutes, the roles are changed.

Series of passes playing at only one touch when the ball is coming back and at two touches the rest of the actions.When the ball reaches 3 a wall pass opposited action is made (3 and 4 with the opposing player 4) .Rotate positions and make the exercise until the basic mechanics are learned.Chenge the direction the exercise so both legs are used.

A serie for 5 players is played.A player placed at the half of the field tries to avoid the pivot from getting hit .He will have to intercept the ball without losing sight of the pivot .He cannont be at more than one meter of the pivot.

Continuos wall passes between several players. Once the last wall pass is made, drive the ball and make a long pass to another player to control and start over again.

Players place forming an "Y".The players make a combination of passes, and wall passes.X1 wall passes to X2 and then passes to X3.X3 wall passes with X2 and drives the ball back to the starting position y .The exersice will be made with two balls at the time (one at each flank of the "Y" .When they reach the starting position the players will start the action the other direction.

Rounding for five players.Behind each pivot there will be another so each time they make a pass this second pivot must be run around.The pass cannot be returned to the player that started it.
