Two players of a team play on other two fo other team on a square of 20 meters with the objetive of passing the ball 10 times one after another .The rest of the players (two on each team) will be places outside the square .When ten passes has been done, the outside players will place themselves behind goals, to be liberated after a combination.And so numeric superiorities will be formed inside squares (3 on 2,...).

4 small goals are placedat 7-8 meters of the area .4 players attack and 3 more and a goalkeeper defend .Attackers must pass the ball thru any of the small goals to be able to attack the big one .Defenders must prevent it by defending first the small goals and later the big one.
8 to 10 pikes are placed randomly on the field .Inside that area a ball owning game is played between 5 attackers and two defenders .attacking players must keep the ball by outmarking continuosly and preventing tha ball from touching any pike .When the defenders get the ball 5 times, the roles are changed.
Two actions between two players are seried .Firstable they have to overcome the opposition of a defender by an action 2x1 .Then the ball less player make a bending run behind the defender to overcome a second defender.If they finish the exercise with a goal, they continue attacking.Else they change roles.
