Divide players into three teams.Two teams play inside field and the other one place as outside support.The two inside teams fight over ball posesion and can use the outside players as support.Each 8 or 10 minutes change a inside team for the ouside one.

Movement in group coordinating rythm.One after another grapping companion´s leg .

It´s abour reaching the first to one of the pivots.The pivots will be numbered.At the signal of the trainer the players will run to the pivot named.The last one to reach will be eliminated.

The players must move around a circle.the players must sit on the knees of the previous player.rotate alternating inside and outside.

The players will be placed in two teams, around a playground, giving them a ball each.When signaled, all players will try to get their field rid of ball, .sending them to opponent playground, with hand, feet.The team with less balls in it´s field when a minute passes, wins.

It a speed circuit with ball.The player makes an high pass to goalkeeper and changes ryth to receive the ball from him . Then he makes a wall pass with change of rytm with another teammate .Third action should be a maximun speed drive .Finishing a long and high pass and a sprint to goal.

Two teams make a reliefs race.When signaled uno player of each team runs to the line and then back to get to the pivot they have to go around .Before giving the turn to the next player, they will jump over a fences at the middle of the circuit .

Two teams of 6 or more players.One team will place half each side of a line of ten meter with all balls .The other team, placed at the beggining of the line, will try to run.For each player that do it, the team wins a point.One all players have passed, the teams interchange positions.

2 Attackers versus an defender.X3 receive backwards a pass from X1.X3 Have two options : Dribble and kick to goal or protect the ball ,make time, and wait for X1.X2 defends.

On one of the sides the player drives the ball and dribbles to finish kicking.At the other side of the field, driving and wall pass it´s worked , finishing in kick too.Once made, the positions are changed.

X1 makes a pass and goes to encounter X2.EHe controls, drive, and after dribble X1 kick to goal.The exercise is made at both sides of the field (With two balls) .Change of positions.

Mixed action between three players .Star with a wall pass (x1 to x2) and then a deep pass to the outmarked x3 .x3 controls to goal and ends kicking .Develop action both sides.
